Job Interview Simulation / 模擬職場面試

Your performance in a job interview is crucial to successful employment. In view of this, we collaborated with the Department of Technology Application and Human Resource Development on organizing a job interview simulation. About two dozen of the graduate students with diverse backgrounds and nationalities from the aforementioned department took the role of a recruiter, interviewing students who simulated a job seeker for positions such as tour guide, storyteller, teaching assistant or sales representative, just to mention a few examples. We hope that all the interviewees benefited significantly from this virtual reality experience with which they can reduce their fears, boost their confidence, and hence improve their interview performance in the near future.
能否成功踏入職場生涯，求職面試時的表現是非常關鍵的。為了讓師大的學生在畢業找工作前有個面試初體驗，我們與師大科技應用與人力資源發展研究所協辦了一場模擬職場面試的活動。24位面試官都是人資所的資優生，每位都來自於不同的背景與國家；面試生則是本校胡翠君老師共同英文班上大一的學生。看著同學們積極投入在面試的神情，想必他們在過程中也能學會怎麼在往後正式面試中能不畏懼、更有信心地展現自我。
